English term (edited): and as and for his/her act and deed

J’ai bien cherché, mais je n’ai trouvé aucune source qui établisse une différence entre les deux formulations « as [my/our/his/her/their] act and deed » et « as and for [my/our/his/her/their] act… ». En fait, à force de lire – et notamment ce texte :

...Our word « deed »… was coupled with the word “act” in the phrase “act and deed”, not to add anything to its meaning, but to express… that here was something done; effective… the assent was manifested by affixing… signature and seal, and delivering over. The paper is acknowledged to be delivered as and for my act and deed...

il m'est finalement apparu évident que tout comme le binôme « act and deed », qui se traduit en français par le seul terme "acte"), il faut lire “as and for” ensemble, comme un autre binôme synonymique, i.e. « comme et en tant que ». D’où :

…j’étais présent et j’ai vu X signer, sceller, passer et délivrer comme son acte la convention de fiducie ci-annexée. (ou j'ai été témoin [oculaire] [du fait] [de ce] que X a signé, scellé, passé et délivré comme son acte...)
