This phrase is in a Spanish voice communication system tender. It's in several headings and sentences.

For instance:

PANELES DE CORTE Y PRUEBA y Cableado de Pruebas en las Posiciones

Conexionado de Líneas en Repartidores y PANELES DE CORTE Y PRUEBA DE AUDIO

Los PANELES DE CORTE Y PRUEBA dispondrán de toma de tierra y un interruptor por puerto que permita abrir o cerrar una conexión.

I'd like your opinions as to whether I should just write "C&P panel" or there's another acronym better suited.
