Buenos días a todos. Quisiera saber si me pueden ayudar con la palabra "suministro" en el contexto de un contrato de garantías para la construcción de un parque eólico. El documento no define qué es el suministro y aparece en algunos pasajes tales como:

"El Suministro estará libre de defectos y de deficiencias tanto en lo que respecta a los materiales como a la propia práctica profesional."


"El Suministro estará diseñado y construido conforme a las especificaciones técnicas de los fabricantes de los equipos utilizados, y los estándares de la industria eólica, eléctrica y civil."

Daría la impresión de que se refiere a todas las turbinas eólicas e instalaciones necesarias para su funcionamiento y, por lo tanto, para el suministro de energía. ¿Qué les parece?
