English term (edited): receiver, (bankruptcy) examiner or (insolvency) administrator
Selected

(Arg.) síndico/a concursal, juez comisario/a, administrador/a judicial

I don't know what country this is from but, in Engand & Wales, receiver . unless special manager to run the business, is literally appointed to receive debts.

An examiner is usually at an insolvency registry or court to examine the bankrupt and proofs of debts - claims (cf. the second US guardianship weblink) and inslovency administrator in an IVA - indvidual voluntary arrangement vs. a company voluntary arrangement to stave off a banruptcy order (cf. a Chapter11 bankruptcy - incl. of companies - in the USA).

Bankruptcy examiner− A professional appointed by the bankruptcy court to investigate and oversee certain aspects of the debtor or the proceedings. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bankruptcy_examiner

Examiner/examinador/revisor: Individual who examines or review the legality of transference.
Administrator/administrador: the one who manages or is going to manage the company or institution.

administrador judicial, examinador o gestor

Hola Carolina:

¡Suerte!
