English term (edited): one of your blood cell counts
Selected

إحدى قيم تعداد الخلايا الدموية

Your question is about the meaning of the whole phrase "one of your blood cell counts" in that sentence.

A blood cell count is a multiple test. It consists of a whole bunch of counts: red blood cells, various values of different white cells (both their absolute values and their percentages), platelets, etc.

The drug in question could affect one of the values on the result sheet, but they are not specifying which.

يؤثر على عدد خلايا/كريات الدم

It means the count of blood cells: white, red, etc.

Or "قد يؤثر على تحليل الدم بتعديل عدد الخلايا فيه"

You might also want to use "احدى خلايا الدم" since it says "one of" and doesn't specify which type (red, white, etc).
