Con respecto a las aeronaves no tripuladas UAV´s:
- El sistema es operado por un piloto de UAV y un operador de
sistemas electro-ópticos. En adición hay Staff especializado en
mantenimiento, operaciones de supervisión, vuelos de
reconocimiento, apoyo a las fuerzas en tierra y seguimiento de
objetivos móviles hasta que estén seguros y asegurados.
- El tiempo de utilización puede ser variable, ya que puede ser
coordinación entre la unidad de operación del UAV (Edn. S.A.N.T.) y
las fuerzas en tierra que serán soportadas. Pero hay un estimado de
*** horas por año (considerando aproximadamente *** horas
diariamente).

Explanation:
I think Edn means "editor's note", though I'm not sure what it stands for - perhaps "nota del editor". This is most commonly written as "ndr", nota de la redacción.

UAV is the English acronym "unmanned aerial vehicle", as Liz points out. They've then translated this for Spanish-speaking readers as "sistema aéreo no tripulado", SANT.

You can leave this out of your translation, as it's not relevant to English speakers.
