Stamp duty paid on report
What is the "état" being referred to? Could it be an official report or survey?

My answer last time.
Another ProZ answer also accepted: 'stamp duty paid on receipt of statement'. Had you looked and discounted both permutations?
In the UK colloquially called P/D - paid duty at Stamping Office on leases/ assents (conveyances of probate land) etc.

DROIT DE TIMBRE PAYE SUR ETAT
stamp duty paid against a statement
does not mean that the stamp duty is paid "to the State" (although it is, of course!). It is a simplified way to pay certain duties, where the payment is accompanied by a statement,
without the necessity of physically buying a fiscal stamp as proof of
payment.
