: Sorry, but 'throwing knob' sounds terrible, doesn't exist on Google, and IMO doesn't accurately describe the toy.

Doesn't matter if it exists in Google or not. This might be a new invention. If "throwing knob" sounds terrible, how about "throwing knife"? Does it sound terrible?
