Oftentimes a truck goes around picking up containers from various suppliers, and delivering containers. This is called a milk run. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs 43 mins (2004-09-13 01:08:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The milk run refers to one truck which makes stops at several different suppliers before arriving at the customer factory. (Several suppliers\' parts are on the same truck, instead of each supplier sending a truck to the car manufacturer.)
