Patient was in car accident. This report comes from a hospital.

"Initial lag keine Bewusstlosigkeit vor, keine Amnesie [...] **Lokalbefundlich** zeigte sich eine freie Beweglichkeit der oberen und unteren Extremitäten."

Not sure where they're going with lokalbefundlich. Does it refer to the assessment at the site of the accident, or sth. else?

locally = in individual parts of the body

it refers to the "local" checks of the mobility of the arms and legs (obere + untere Extremitäten) Suggestion: "There was free local mobility of the upper and lower extremities
