Looking at 僑鄉僑情, I can’t quite determine what exactly ‘僑鄉’ stands for.
To me, it could mean “華僑在異鄉”, or “華僑回故鄉”; I don’t have much problem with “僑情” though.
So I gave both scenarios a try –
For “異鄉僑情” – Sentiment of an overseas Chinese.
For “故鄉僑情” – Sentiment of an overseas Chinese returned, or
Sentiment of a returned overseas Chinese.
To me, it could mean “華僑在異鄉”, or “華僑回故鄉”; I don’t have much problem with “僑情” though.
