Se trata de un contrato entre un comerciante y un distribuidor para la entrega de productos del primero. Este término aparece en los parámetros que se utilizan para medir si se cumplen los criterios de viabilidad del negocio. Entiendo que "Pick Shorts" ("pick" viene a significar "preparación de pedidos en el lenguaje de la empresa) se refiere a un artículo que no entra en el pedido enviado porque no da tiempo a encontrarlo en el almacén dentro del plazo para que lo recoja el mensajero y se lo lleve.

"3. Store ‘Go/No Go’ Criteria
3.1 The Store ‘Go/ No Go’ Criteria are as follows:
(a) Merchant will manage the inventory availability of Products such that the percentage of items not found during the picking of a customer order (“INF Rate”) does not meet or exceed a target percentage of the total items that make up any single order (the “INF Target Percentage”);
(b) Merchant will prepare customers’ orders in a timely manner such that the percentage of orders not ready to be picked up in time to meet the applicable delivery window (“Late Slam Rate”) does not meet or exceed a target percentage of orders (the “Late Slam Rate Target Percentage”);
(c) Merchant's rate of picking will meet or exceed a target rate (the “UPH Target Rate”); and
(d) Merchant will manage the picking process such that the incidence of staff wrongly processing an item as unavailable (***"False Pick Short Rate”****) does not meet or exceed a target percentage of the total items that make up any single order (“False Pick Shorts Target Percentage”)."
