ینبغی (علیك) ان تكون قادراًعلى ھزمه
We use should to say (1)what is the best thing to do or the right thing to do(advising) ex: you look tired. You should go to bed, or (2) we expect something to happen, ex: She's been studying very hard for the exam so she should pass (=I expect her to pass)
(you have been exercising very hard you should be able to beat him)اتوقع ان تکون قادراًعلى ھزمه
Note:Should is not as strong as must
ex: if u say
You should apologise (=it would be a good thing to do)
You must apologise (=you have no alternative)
So I think we cannot translate it "یجب"
it is better be "ینبغی"
