Es geht um einen Aktienkaufplan für Mitarbeiter eines großen Unternehmens mit Sitz in den USA (NYSE).
Es handelt sich um eine sehr ausführliche Planbeschreibung, an deren Ende steht:
"Nothing herein shall require an Offering to be made in each and every year ***of the term*** of the Plan."

Ich verstehe das so, dass aus all den vielen Regelungen kein Anspruch abgeleitet werden kann, dass es jedes Jahr ein Angebot an die Mitarbeiter zum Kauf von (Vorzugs-)Aktien geben muss. Aber was genau besagt das "of the term"?
