'corporate' è una persona giuridica

Si vuole quindi evidenziare il fatto che il fiduciario che sarà nominato come esecutore testamentario può essere sia una persona fisica (quindi si parla di guardian, ecc.) che una persona giuridica (ossia, come si dice più sotto, un istituto bancario o una società fiduciaria).

Mettere semplicemente 'fiduciario' è riduttivo del concetto che, non a caso, è stato chiaramente espresso nel testo.
