The License Agreement regards the following Trademarks, consisting in the Trademark:

written in any character and/or colour,
linked together or separated with the Graphic Trademark of the "XXXX" hereunder and/or the specific registered back pocket arcuate design, reproduced in whatever way and in any colour.

disegno arcuato registrato per tasca posteriore ???
(back pocket può avere un altro significato? Così non mi sembra che abbia molto senso, anche perché il marchio non riguarda soltanto pantaloni o gonne, ma anche giacche, maglioni, t-shirt...)
