ich stimme Wolfgang Hullmann zu. "Aufhebende Wirkung" hat z.B. ein Urteil oder ein Einwand, aber bestimmt kein Datum!
Aber "Enddatum" finde ich nicht so "gelungen".

neutral  Wolfgang HULLMANN: Über das "Enddatum" kann man streiten (zig Yahoo-Treffer). Ansonsten ok. Allerdings würde ich hier klar machen, dass es nur um ein und dasselbe Datum (u. dessen Auslegung) geht! Also eher: "Das o.g. Datum ist/bedeutet/beinhaltet nicht etwa..., sondern..."
