"Schaftmodule stehen in der Standardlänge 100 mm und den Durchmessern 10, 12 und 14 mm zur Verfügung.

Für Sonderindikationen bei proximalen Humerusfrakturen können ***Langschaftmodule*** in den Längen 150 und 180 mm mit optionaler distaler Verriegelungsmöglichkeit verwendet werden.

Durch Zahnkränze zwischen Schaftmodulen und Prothesenkörper kann die Prothese in 5° Winkelschritten gegenüber dem einzementierten Schaft verdreht eingesetzt werden.

Zur Feinanpassung der Prothesenlänge stehen drei unterschiedliche Längenmodule bis maximal 22 mm Aufbauhöhe zur Verfügung.

Ein spezielles Längenmodul ist mit Vorrichtungen zur Befestigung von Drähten oder Fäden ausgestattet."

More shoulder prosthesis stuff. I can't make head or tail of LANGSCHAFTmodule. Are they simply saying "long shaft modules", or is Langschaft a brand name? TIA for any light you can shed on this.
