Italian to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Biology (-tech,-chem,micro-) / Cleaning and sanitization

neutral  liz askew: how could you have a fresh residue sector though??sorry I still don't get it, as they are talking about a "settore" here, which I thought = sector. How are you going to fit "sector" in then?? out of interest.../Fresh residue?? seems odd to me:)

-> for instance on a blade; you cut one type of meat, then another one. The asker is speaking about "sporco" (dirty) Liz.//I don't see any problem with "settore" Liz

agree  K Donnelly: It seems to me that the author is referring to the cleaning performance with respect to food processing residues.

-> Many thanks K.// We have the same interpretation.

Cross Contamination is when we carry bacteria from one object to another object; from one object to a person; or from person to person. We can cross contaminate our food by failing to wash our hands before we cook and Failing to use separate plates for cooked and uncooked food
