I am leaning towards deposition record, but I am wondering why so many prozians agreed with inerrogation record. It is a court proceeding where a witness undergoing investigation is being deposed.

deposition record

Interrogation suggests that the information was extracted by coercion of some sort (e.g. torture).
I suggest "deposition" as more appropriate for legal proceedings (at least in civilised legal systems)!
