Keep on painting... Explanation: This is a line from a song by a great Russian bard, Bulat Okudjava. The opening line is "Живописцы, окуните ваши кисти", and the line you are translating is followed by "что гадать нам удалось, не удалось". The literal meaning of the line is "keep on painting, your reward will come". I believe that the implication here is "be true to your art and don't think about rewards", but that is my personal opinion. - Explanation: I'd say the phrase is used in somewhat ironic sense - thus it means 'everything will be taken into account' or something like that. Вам зачтется can be regarded as neutral, but the context, though small gives me the idea that the author says many politicians are not of a very high opinion of Lukashenko.
