Founded by Sertan Ceylan, a translator himself, in Ankara, Türkiye, Pilot Translations began its corporate journey in 2004 with the slogan "Bridging the Language Gap" and has since done so specifically in the English-Turkish translation and interpreting projects in addition to other numerous European and Middle Eastern languages. While Pilot Translations serves the translation market specifically in Türkiye, it has gone beyond the country's borders to assist its clients in their translation, interpreting, transcription, and proofreading/editing tasks.

While Pilot Translations may be called a boutique translation agency, its size does not mirror its capabilities, especially considering the company's clients, namely, international governmental and non-governmental organisations, multi-national corporations, and private persons in Türkiye and worldwide.

Pilot Translations is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate against race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, age, political views, disability, or favourite food.
