Trados adds spaces in the translation

I have an issue with Trados adding extra spaces.

Source:
Kwas moczowy- 603,40 gmo1/1 Białko c.- 76,5 gil Albumina- 46,2 g/1

Target:
Uric acid - 603.40 pmol / 1 Protein c. - 76.5 g/1 Albumin - 46.2 g / 1

It added a space between:
pmol /
/ 1
46.2 /
/ 1


I am not sure how I can avoid it.
