-> The asker seems to have both "dovolanie" and "odvolanie" so it was slightly unclear.

disagree  Radovan Pletka: Marek ma pravdu, v pravnim textu i jedno zmenene pismeno casto znamena velky rozdil

second appeal/appeal on the points of law

Explanation:
the trouble with translation between legal systems is, that there is no exact counterpart for some instruments in one of the legal systems.
"Second appeal" is the name used by Allan & Overy and it explains the position of this instrument in proceeding, however the term "appeal on the points of law" explains the meaning of this instrument within the anglo-saxon framework. I saw it translated in offficial documents as
"appeal on the points of law (dovolanie)" if possible, use this form.

odvolat, odvolavat sa (ned.) - podat namietku na vyssiu instituciu, proti rozsudku
Ano, jedno pismeno zmeni vyznam.

appeal v.-to ask a higher court to reverse the decision of a trial court after final judgement or the other legal ruling...
appellate (court) - a court of of appeals which hears appeals from lower court decisions. The term is often used in legal briefs to describe a court of appeals.
