Explanation:
Das HB-Männchen ist eine Figur aus einer Zigarettenwerbung:

"Von 1956 bis in die 80er-Jahre hinein tobte die Comicfigur über bundesdeutsche Bildschirme und Kinoleinwände und kämpfte gegen die Tücken des Alltags. Rund 250-mal ging der Antiheld entnervt in die Luft, nur um am Ende als HB-König gut gelaunt wieder auf die Erde zurückzuschweben.

Innerhalb weniger Monate gelang es dem Hamburger Zigarettenhersteller BAT mit Bruno, die Marke groß und die Zigarette salonfähig zu machen. Das Erfolgsrezept: Die Zigarette erschien in den Spots als Problemlöser, ein Konzept, das noch heute von Herstellern wie Nestlé mit den KitKat-Spots (Have a break - have a KitKat) kopiert wird.

Einen Dämpfer versetzte Bruno das Werbeverbot für Zigaretten im Fernsehen (1972). Im Kino überlebte er bis Anfang der 80er-Jahre. Heute gibt es ihn nur noch auf DVD. (bob)

Ich habe zwar in den 80er-Jahre schon ferngesehen, aber kann mich nicht so wirklich an das HB-Männchen erinnern...

Vielleicht solltest du versuchen für die Übersetzung eine entsprechende Figur aus einem italienischen Comic oder Fernsehen zu finden.
