English term

margin

English to Danish Marketing Automotive / Cars & Trucks Margin structure for XX (bilmrke)
"Margin structure
The margin structure for Distributor Motor Vehicles and Factory Fitted Optional Equipment consists of three component parts:
Base margin = 8 %
(...)
Franchise margin = 4 %
The Franchise Element rewards the Distributor's efforts and investments to comply at all times with XX Franchise Standards.
Combined with the Base Element, the Franchise Element of the margin will form what is considered the Distributor's plannable margin. Verified through an evaluation process, the Franchise Element will be assumed to have been earned and will be reflected within the invoice value of the motor vehicle. However, in the event of a franchise standard non-compliance, the Distributor will be required to correct the deficiency during the escalation process. If the deficiency is not corrected during the escalation process, a termination notice may be served and the Franchise Margin will be withdrawn.
Quality margin = 4 % max
(...)"
