Nel caso di mancato esercizio del diritto di prelazione, la parte che avrà ricevuto dall’altra parte la comunicazione dell’intenzione di trasferire le proprie azioni ad un terzo avrà il diritto di partecipare alla vendita, alle medesime condizioni, con un quantitativo di azioni non superiore alla metà del numero di azioni oggetto dell’offerta del terzo. Questa è la spiegazione del diritto di covendita. Non so se fa il tuo caso. |
