Asker: Nach meinen Recherchen scheint der Herr, um den es hier geht, ein "höheres Tier" zu sein. Denke daher auch, dass Geschäftsführer am besten passt.

Ian M-H (X): Ich bin company secretary gewesen und war in dieser Eigenschaft nie als Sekretär oder Schriftführer tätig. // Dann hat v.a. die letzte Variante „besser: als Schriftführer“ irritiert. Steffens „bestellt“ passt m.E. gut.
