disagree  Steven Geller: "par nature" n'a aucune significance, "biens mobiliers corporels" est un mélange de deux termes: biens mobiliers d'une part et actifs corporels (tangible assets) d'autre part, dont ni l'un ni l'autre s'agit de "real property" = biens immobiliers.

  -> Je ne suis ni fana ni contre meubles/Immeubles (690 hits Google .FR seul) par rapport à mobiliers/immobiliers (8.210). En revanche, je ne suis que peu impressionné d'un dico comme ce Routledge. Un Plan comptable (NF) est plus fiable.

disagree  Steven Geller: Le terme "bien privé" ne se traduit comme "private property", mais en tout cas un "bien privé" peut être un actif incorporel. On parle ici uniquement d'actifs corporels.
