Stages of delivery of plans and specifications

- The Lessor is responsible for the preparation of the ***architectural execution drawings*** for the Premises within the scope of the Fit Out described in Attachment 2.

- Any ***architectural drawings*** exceeding this scope will be prepared by the Tenant or its contractors at the Tenant’s cost.
