stress tolerance
If this appears in the discharge summary under (self-reported) presenting complaints, “physical tolerance” would also be acceptable.

Sorry, I omitted “physical” from the answer – it should be “physical stress tolerance”.
A patient with blood pressure and respiratory problems would tire easily and would have a low tolerance for physical stress such as exercise, walking, performing household chores, etc.

loadability
The Hungarian term indicates a test environment, therefore the capacity is not acceptable becasue the term is too broad, while the work capacity indicates a non-test environment. This is an ugly, but special word used by specialists in load and stress testing of various patients.
