Asker: Radu! Yes that looks like the business And I see the likely suspects agree. I'll pop it in.

Asker: Radu. Here in the South West we had the "Fors" de Morlaas, a charter setting out rights and even issuing own currency as the capital of Béarn. I agree with John A! Plain english!!!
