Prenons l’exemple d’un Titre Garanti par des Créances (TGC), en anglais « Collaterized Debt Obligation » ; un TGC fait référence à des créances de sociétés et permet d’obtenir de manière directe ou synthétique (swap sur défaillance) une exposition aux actifs titrisés.
