Salve a tutti!
Ecco il mio dubbio: 司法局. Come posso tradurlo? considerato che mi dà "Attorney General's Department", potrei forse tradurlo con Ministero della Giustizia? Il problema è quel 当地 che lo precede:
"当地司法局". Il senso è che il cittadino può rivolgersi ai centri di assistenza legale facenti parti di questi uffici locali. Procure?

scusate se insisto, e' importante citare la frase in cui un termine compare, altrimenti si tira a indovinare

vista la frase credo tu avessi inteso correttamente.
司法部 è il Ministero di Giustizia a livello centrale, i 司法局, sono le sedi distaccate nelle diverse province e municipalità.

局 non è 部(门), pertanto non dovrebbe essere Ministero.

Asker: "如果你有经济困难或其他特殊困难，你可以到当地司法局下属的法律援助中心请求法律援助". Infatti tirare a indovinare è proprio quello che vorrei evitare, per questo chiedo pareri. Inoltre non mi è chiara la differenza con "北京市政府法制办公室". E sono molto incline a tradurre quest'ultimo con ufficio affari legislativi..
