IV. die endgültigen Gerichtsgebühren mit 1200 z³ festgelegt und zur Zahlung der Differenz in Höhe von 500 z³ zugunsten des Staatsschatzes (Gerichtskasse in X.) den Kläger und in Höhe von 400 z³ die Beklagte verurteilt.
V. die Prozesskosten zwischen den Parteien gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Przytaczam rowniez punkt V, zeby pokazywac, ze nie chodzi o koszty procesu (postepowania) - np. koszty ekspertyz, swiadkow itp.

Na ktoryms etapie postepowania ustala sie wpis tymczasowy, a w wyroku juz ostateczny. Stad wynika ta roznica, ktora trzeba jeszcze wplacic, bo tymczasowy zostal juz wplacony.
