distribution provisions Explanation: In various Swiss tax documents it would appear that "ausscheidung" means distribution as in a distribution of income or profits ... However, it would be helpful for a Swiss finance specialist to confirm this. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 19 hrs (2010-08-30 14:40:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- An example of the term can be found in http://www.steuerrekurskommissionen.zh.ch/internet/ji/srk/de... or google "ausscheidung steuer schweiz" and you will see various provisions which appear to relate to tax distributions.
