MR right knee w/o contrast; findings;There is a large, multilobulated focus of fluid signal intensity insinuating itself around the distal fibers of the posterior cruciate ligament which is continuous with the posterior capsule of the medial compartment, felt to represent formation of a large parameniscal cyst. As a result, there is mild subluxation of the medial meniscus.
