Snagging Procedure. The Parties agree to have certain walk-though sessions at various moments in time before the Commencement Date, with the purpose of attempting to identify all defects in the Tenant´s Works, [•Additional Tenant´s Works] and the Premises so that the Landlord has the opportunity to remedy such defects before attempting delivery of the Premises and so that on the moment of signing of the Delivery Protocol no defects (or only Minor Defects) exist.
