Thank you for your response. To answer your question. We use the services of more than one translation company--and we use them a lot! Sometimes I receive requests to change a word here or a phrase there just as we're getting ready to put a document into the final approval process prior to printing. Whereas it would take me a week to get that word or phrase translated via normal channels, I can go onto ProZ and get a translation within minutes. It still has to be reviewed by our European office before I put the document into our final and formal approval process, but it saves me a week. Thank you for your willingness to help out. I hope I'm not viewed as taking advantage of ProZ. Ik ben u werkelijk dankbaar. Hartelijk bedankt.
