granting it 60 days to exercise such option Explanation: or "granting it 60 days to complete the purchase" When applicable laws permit the exercise of the purchase option provided hereunder and Party A elects to exercise such purchase option, Party B and Party C shall unconditionally assist Party A to obtain all approvals, permits, registrations, filings and other procedures necessary to effect the transfer of relevant share equity or assets. http://www.lawinsider.com/contracts/72Mcs3tKJfi14bdLWITOmx/c... (i) purchase, or cause to be purchased, the Participant's Loan Participations hereunder within [20] Business Days after the Bank notifies the Participant in writing of its intention to exercise such purchase option; http://us.practicallaw.com/5-521-5677 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day1 hr (2013-07-23 22:46:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- My second option, "granting it 60 days to complete the purchase" is just another way of looking at it, and I reckon it essentially amounts to the same thing in this case; perhaps your context with verify this, or not, as the case may be. Either way, I don't see a problem with "grant", as it seems feasible for a provision to be made whereby the term in question is granted to the "Grupo". And "formalize" is an option, depending on further context. i.e. it could be formalized by signing an agreement. |
