L’analisi condotta sui sinistri gestiti da xxx ha mostrato una frequenza quasi tripla di quella del mercato. Le ragioni che conducono a tale frequenza sono state indicate in precedenza e possono essere riassunte nei seguenti punti:

- assenza di disincentivi ad un uso corretto del veicolo locato;
- comportamenti fraudolenti o speculativi (es. denunce di favore);
- localizzazione geografica del parco veicoli.

I think this means that a third party claims responsibility for an accident that never occurred, apparently not uncommon, so there must be a specific term for it. Thanks
