Nie jestem pewna, czy chodzi o skoki cukru....

SENIOR DIABETES NURSE:
If you are having the hypos just before your meal we might need to reduce that slightly.

TRACY:
But I have had one at lunch time and in the morning yesterday.

SENIOR DIABETES NURSE:
No you said before an evening meal.

TRACY:
Before evening meal and before bed. I had one in the morning. I still had the sliding scale on. I’m sure I had the sliding scale on and then after lunch they took it off, I’m sure I did. I must have had two lots. If I eat and take my insulin my sugars are too high and then I get keytones. If I don’t eat because I can’t eat because I feel sick I get keytones. If I adjust my insulin and put it up I have hypos. If I put it down it’s too low so you know whatever I seem to do it’s never enough.
