Three separate questions You have 3 separate acronyms here ... they should be asked as separate questions.

You'll find IVY and RHY in Cosnautas: see www.cosnautas.com (there's no cost to register). We'll have to wait for one of our colleagues to tell us what PCB means in this context.

You should probably break this one up into two, questions. IVY/RHY is JVD (jugular venous distention) and HJR (hepatojugular reflux). I'm not sure what PCB could be in this context. The only thing I can think of is the short head of the biceps (porcion corta del biceps), but that's in the shoulder, not the neck and "+o+" wouldn't make sense in that context.
