English term or phrase: Cash out
In an ordinary betting, a member places a bet of $1000 where he expects to win $2000 if he gets lucky. While the match is ongoing, he will not be able to take it back anymore. He will have to wait until the match is finished or determined. He would either win or lose. With “Cash Out” we are giving the member the opportunity to “sell” his bet for a different amount. His “Cash Out” will either be higher or lower than his original bet of $1000 depending on the chances of his winning (or losing) at the time that he availed of the Cash Out option. For example, in the middle of the game, the member may opt to sell his bet ticket for $1500 and secure his winnings already or he may also sell his bet ticket for just $500 to minimize his losses.
