Causal balance jest dosłpwnym tłumaczeniem z niemieckiego. W niemieckim prozie udzielono następującą odpowiedź:

Nie wiem dokładnie co znaczy available top-up feed balance, ale przypuszczam, że to jest konto na zaspokojenie wierzycieli.

Cały problem właśnie w tym, że mamy tam causal, nie casual :)
