English term

Fill-in order

English to French Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) SUPERMARKETS
Scan shelf gaps every day
• Capture incoming stock immediately
• Record returns & wastage right away
• Follow up on orders; don’t panic order
• Adjust system orders to avoid *fill-in* orders

I can't find this term in any dictionary. Are they perhaps ad-hoc orders to satisfy a customer? How to translate this?
