Entiendo el significado (transcripción fiel de lo registrado en actas), pero no encuentro cómo traducirlo.

Discussion
Something more ambiguous, such as: "What is hereby stated stands on Record?". I think it's more faithful to the original, since it is not clear and in the end, it's a transcript of records, so the whole document should stand on record. (??)
