: What you are suggesting is a leap of faith .. Kyle is NOT KALOS which would mean handsome in ancient greek but not in modern greek (in.gr is a modern greek dictionary NOT ancient Greek) ...

suggestion based on findings that Kyle is of Gaelic, Scottish, Irish origins. when checked it out (same question posted in English>Arabic) the only meaning used as a name was "handsome" (Gaelic), a common male name in Arabic (Waseem). so I said "if" !!
