Albanian to English Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy dëftëse lirimi

My first thought was that this deals with the government, the laws, citizens' rights and so on in society (njohuri mbi shoqërinë?). But I started wondering if it could be a subject where pupils are taught to behave in a "civil" manner.
