This comes in the last sentence of a Tunisian marriage certificate. The context is:

ورسم تحت عدد ٦٩ من دفتر المسودات واخرج مطابقا لاصله من دفتر عمل اول شهيديه الاجرة طبق القانون

Here, the two words should be separated. it is common in Tunisian contracts established by Public notaries.

it should be: registered under n° 69 of the First Notary 's register

شهيديه refers to both notaries

الأجرة: fees according to the law

two notaries - The fees

There are two sentences that should be separated here

This first sentence is

ورسم تحت عدد ٦٩ من دفتر المسودات واخرج مطابقا لاصله من دفتر عمل اول شهيديه. -

The word
شهيديه
in the first sentence means "two notaries". It is part of the phrase "the first of the two notaries"
----------------------------------------

The second sentence is
الاجرة طبق القانون
It should be translated as follows:-

The fees shall be collected according to the law.

Again, the word
"شهيديه"
refers to
"عدول الإشهاد"
which means "the two notaries" without public
